They might be able to pull that off when they're touring in Australia next year. Both Bär and Danny live in Melbourne (I think) nowadays. Wouldn't hold any breath for Theo though.
So yesterday I went to a friend's house and as I walked up I could hear him playing his banjo inside; for a second it sounded like he was trying to do the chorus guitar part on banjo. So I said, "you playing my ass is on fire?" And he said "what's that?" And I said, "you know, that Mr. Bungle song?" Him: "No idea." So here it is the next day, and what is waiting for me in my TH-cam feed? "The phones are listening!"
They did that, for their last tour. Problem was, it was VERY dependent upon backing tracks and large-scale samples - they would probably have needed ten or fifteen musicians onstage to perform it truly live. Note that even this has taped keyboard parts.
My God what a masterpiece..I got to.see them do it live back when it first came out and they played goodbye sober day so effn hard that the mains in the club caught fire and we had to evacuate while Patton directed the chaos using only profanity and the monitor speakers. "Old" stuff, you mean their prime stuff. This demo/cover shitshow interestes literally no one.
I see what you did there, my friend 😽
They sound so tight definitely need to add more off this album live with this crew.
Mike Patton keeps himself sane by turning his multiple hypothetical psychotic meltdowns into band projects AND I'M HERE FOR IT!
This makes me feel young and old at the same time.
I missed Mr.Bungle in the 90’s here in Cleveland, I was too young. This makes my day.😊

This is a weird mid life crisis Mike Patton is going through, but got dang I am here for it.
Pun intended?
😂😂😂
He’s 15 years past mid life easy
Uh, he’s been in a mid life crisis all his life, what you talkin about.
The coolio braids have got to go.
Bring the brass and perc section back!
I still regret not letting Mike sing the genuine love song he offered to sing during their show at Sonoma State University in the late 80s
Okay, who in the FUCK gave Patton the idea for this hairstyle 😂
Coolio
Looking like a sad cockroach these days.
You're talking about a guy known for putting feces in hotel air vents as a joke on his bandmates. The hairstyle is the least of his issues.
