I am 16 years old currently undiagnosed with hsv but I truly believe I have it. I’m scared to talk about it with my parents cause I feel like they won’t see me the same way and I’m not really sure if they’ll support me. If I told them I’m sure I’ll get tested but as of now I’m too afraid to even think about it

No, it does not do that.
Lost of weight is connected also to what we and how much we eat. Even if one exercises regularly and eats too much, they can gain weight.
