Hi! We booked for 7 nights staring the 13th of JULY. Is the room service 24/7 free at all hours? Also, any coffee shops/pastries om site? Or do we have to go to a sister resort?

Yes of course depending on the current it can be a little rough but otherwise bávaro is known for its nice beaches
How was getting through customs when you arrive at the airport?
Hi it’s was pretty easy and fast as we don’t have to buy the tourist pass anymore it is included in the plane ticket and Dominican citizens can ask for a refund 😊

It used to be a pass that you needed to get when getting out of the plane (making the line paying getting the pass to give to immigration) before making the line again for passing immigration and giving it to them. $20 for paying some type of tourist taxes. But don’t worry as you don’t have to do this anymore.
