Fry the spam first and then coat the marinade on. Skip the mac n cheese and use white rice instead. You can add furakaki also

I always forger about that campground. Personally, I can't wait for the sites up in Kyle and Lee Canyon to open up again. Hopefully they get them repaired this year.
Agreed! I've been wanting to check out Fletcher View campgrounds on the other side of Lee canyon, I've never camped there. I was looking online at Recreation.gov and saw the campground open though! www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/234005

I was born and raised in Alaska (just moved out here about 3 years ago) so I definitely know what cold is lol but I'd love to visit Canada again! We drove down from Alaska to Nevada when we moved here, beautiful out there ! Thanks for watching!

this vid is like most of my camping trips, even though i fill the truck up with what i thought was EVERYTHING always miss something!! hahaha good stuff. Hey whats the other hose that doesnt gas. i used my thermal camera to see that my hose gets to about 270deg. which is really hot, but that hose that I have is rated to 300, I do see it gassing. I like the towel trick, I personally use welding blanket so it cant catch fire, and it insulates the heat from the tent, i dont want to damage my Gazelle. I bought the same heater as you and recommended it to a friend, that one has gone up $50 from January, so crazy.

The new hose i'm looking at that doesnt gas is this one amzn.to/497wJef - it actually arrived this morning but sadly its the wrong size (the diameter is a bit smaller) I could get get an adapter? but idk i might just return it and get the proper size (I got the 60mm vs the 75mm for a 3" diameter which was completly my bad I should have double checked it and it took like 3 weeks to get here lol) So i'll be repping this gassing hose for now until my new one gets in. Good call on the welding blanket, the hose actually doesnt get too hot, I can still touch the hose with no issue but erring on the side of caution is always good! And damn that price jump crazy. We hit that campground a couple times a year! Not a bad spot, real easy drive from home & about 5 minutes from a grocery store if you forget anything 😂

I got this jacket from one of the North Face outlets in Vegas, this puffly green jacket is actually a inner jacket for a shell, I tried looking it up and found the shell it belongs to but the inner jacket isnt this puffy green jacket that i'm wearing in this video unfortunately and it doesnt look like this particular jacket is sold separately

Thank you! that pulsing sound is the fuel pump, I think all Diesel heaters have this to pump fuel in? but i'm not sure most units i've seen though have that ticking or pulse sound though

Does the diesel heater help with condensation in the tent? We’ve camped on our GFC in the low 30’s and it is practically raining inside the tent.
YES! That is probably one of the biggest benefits of the Diesel heater, on my last video I was camping with the wife and dog in the tent, it was really windy and cold so we ended up zipping up all the windows (these conditions will usually generate a TON of condensation in the tent) but we had the diesel heater running and we had ZERO condensation, I was shocked lol not even a drop! I know exactly what your talking about with condensation in the GFC tent and the diesel 100% helps with that
@@Kadenventures that’s good to hear. I’ll have to use one on those cooler nights in the GFC.
I suggest if you are making boxed macaroni and cheese that you use the one that has the packet of cheese sauce. It’s probably not the healthiest but you don’t need to worry about forgetting milk and butter.
Great idea! I've made some crackel barrel mac and cheese that uses the packet cheese sauce, if i get the courage to try this again i'll keep that mind lol thanks!!

Have you found/created a good shower system that heats the water up?
I personally do not have a good shower setup (yet). We have some friends who use the Joolca shower system though which warms up the water and pair it with the Joolca tent which is a solid tent for a shower and bathroom setup (separated areas within one privacy tent). Its definitely not the cheapest system though but if your interested here is the link to their website www.joolca.com/
