- I have 24 weeks until my first marathon and I'm.... scared, excited, kind of everything right now. I know this journey is going to be long so I want to document it and have something to look back on when training gets hard or even in the future as something to be proud of :)
Wait you mean to tell me that this is your first video. I was watching this thinking yeah she's been doing this, she's so comfortable it's as if it's second nature but I go to your channel and only find 2 videos. Wow. I really enjoyed the video and can't wait to see you grow ❤❤

Hansons is a good book for first time marathoners. Don’t worry too much about the six time a week mileage. At minimum make sure you get your long run and speed run done each week at minimum. Load up on good carbs, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat/fiber bread etc….good luck on your training. Post your Nike+, Strava or Garmin so we can follow.
I usually run 90-100 miles a week, and I really feel like this video is inspiring even for someone like me who isn’t necessarily a newbie. I can’t wait to follow your journey!

Excited to follow your journey. I ran a marathon back in 2016 using the same training method. One mistake I made is not running easy enough on the majority of the runs. If you’re training 5, 6 days a week, you MUST master easy zone 2 running.

I plan to run marathon by my 40th, so in 2 years. Giving myself the time to gain the strength and endurance because I was in a bad car accident so I need to take it slow and be consistent. I got back in the gym this week and I’m excited.

I saw your video on Instagram and was do happy when I saw u had a youtube Chanelle because I started running last year September with my boyfriend and when I tell u it's hard I've been getting better but my only problem is controlling my breath and not being able to run more than 5 miles but in determined but it sometimes bums me out and I stop running, but I'll keep at it n hopefully I could have better news next time😊...but you're motivation to keep running
