- Nubby the boxer was born with 2 legs. He was very weak and no one knew if he’d make it at first, but he got stronger and spunkier every day. His family was amazed, and his dad especially fell head over heels with him. Now that he’s grown up, he helps his family foster litters of puppies!

They really are. Mark, from the video, is actually my father and he’s always been very supportive. He’s been very caring and nurturing to every dog that he and Lou have fostered too. I visit them regularly and I get to see Nubby in person along with all their other dogs and I think you’d be hard-pressed to find a better environment for dogs in need of a foster home.

@@NarcFreeFormula Agreed. I'm sure the designer put a lot of thought and time into these wheels, and it is so great they have them for dogs, but I wish they could somehow streamline them. They look so bulky and heavy. I wonder how a molded plastic body that would fit and support the chest better would work, with the wheels attached? Probably not possible. I am sure they have thought of every angle.

I worked at a camp for the handicapped. This camp had a stray cat mascot that became a permanent resident because one of his paws was bent to the side. Probably crippled at birth. Everyone loved him. And I don’t remember who’s idea it was to call him 9-iron, but it was perfect and it sorta fit. Everyone who heard it was like yeah no yeah we’re definitely nam in g him that.

I've recently been adopted by a 3 legged Staffie Bull my "UnOfficial OFFICIAL" Service Dog. We are both all broken up so we fit together PERFECTLY. I call her Triple Tree.
They say this breed of dogs are one of the most dangerous, mean, ferocious, vicious and violent man eating breeds there is, well I guess if you count the fact that she weighs in at 50 pounds and she is an EXPERT and EXTREMELY PROFICIENT at "WATERBOARDING" then yes, she's an extremely vicious dangerous 50 pound force to be recond with!! But around here we don't call it "Waterboarding" we refer to it as "Licking people hello"!!

I had the video playing while I was doing other things, and I heard the part about the ears, but it wasn't til almost the very end that I saw them, and my god, they're AMAZING!!! As someone with "elfish ears", as my ex would call them, I was so self conscious about them when I was younger. Now I embrace them, and don't mind that they're "different". Nubby, is the embodiment of working what you got.
PS. Just wanted to say, even if you never get another "like" in your life, your words still matter, and your voice needs to be heard.
