    Hello,
On October 11, 2023, I entered the United States illegally through San Diego and surrendered at the border. After staying in the US for about 4 months and 10 days, I voluntarily left the country on February 21, 2024, before even initiating my asylum process. My first court date was supposed to be on August 20, 2024, but I didn't wait for it. Based on information I found online, it seems that I might not have any entry ban because my stay in the US was less than 180 days.
Now, I'm trying to find out if it's possible for me to enter the US again, and if so, what would be the best and most logical way for me. Even if I win the Green Card lottery, will my previous illegal stay prevent me from using this right and going to the US? If legal ways are closed to me, and I try to enter illegally again, will I be imprisoned or will I be released after a few days in a camp like the first time? Will I be granted asylum?
Can I get help and advice from you in this process? I would be very happy if you could share your thoughts with me, whether positive or negative. I will be waiting for your response. Have a nice day and good work.

I say give them a second chance , I was deported for 3rd degree burglaries and messed up my life now trying to go back but legally. Living illegally there is hell especially with all this going on.
