Join Mira and John as they dogpack the Americas. Summer of 2020 they rode the GDMBR, The Oregon Timber Trail, Orogenisis, Wild West route, Baja Divide, Trans Mexico_Norte and many others.
This year as the borders open they are riding south to towards the tip of South America.

Beautiful dog! Enjoying Mira’s and your adventures! We had an excellent farm dog, Daisy. Border Collie/Blue Heeler cross. She was in love with a turning wheel! She would even chase my bow cam when I would release the arrow. Mira looks a lot like her! Best dog ever! We miss her dearly! Thanks for sharing your stories with us!

It is true that the Tour Divide has motivated us all in different ways. I will never be an ultra endurance cyclist that's a fact. But I have been inspired to set myself some exciting cycling goals over the next 2 years that I feel are perfect for me. Wishing you and Mira safe travels. All the best from Brisbane Australia.🦘

Missed the live. I'm excited that you're doing the ride again. Although, I'm bummed as we will be riding the GDMBR from Elkhorn Hot Springs to the Tetons in late August/ Early September. Sounds like we'll miss you. We rode that section in 2021 and met Mira's twin at Hansen Ranch, south of Grant, MT. That dog was also obsessed with fetching.
There’s lots of entries in the Mira, look-alike contest in northern Chihuahua, Mexico. It’s a fun place to ride a bike.
Thanks for the update! I was definitely wondering what happened to you both. .Bummer about the Onyx Hub. I have a couple Onyx Vesper hubs that I love --- the quiet is amazing -- disappointing that it failed for you.
Onyx does make an excellent product. The timing really sucked for this failure. I definitely loved the silent hub while it worked
