Loved that you broke it down properly. This really helps and I cant wait till I start my own trip! Thanks.
Only 75 usd per night in a hotel? That’s cheap in America
hence I'll be passing through either Canada or South American countries on my trip 😂
Here it's 5-10$ starting price in my country
Wow, super wholesome thing to do, even explaining how he turned his love for adventure into a business
Klicked like before I started watching this.
Skippie same
Simply amazing! I just found your channel. Damn and whole series in order in your channel. Guess I know what I will do tommorow while I am working!
I spend that in about a third of a year on just living and I don't get any of the adventure from it.
Hahahaaaaaaaaa exactly
Awesome! Would love to know about diet and health problems during the trip! thank you!
That is less than £20 a day, impressive!
Great series and achievement! Now this is behind you, i wonder what you planning to do next? I hope you'll proceed making content.. Best of luck!!
so much cheaper than university and I'd say you would be more employable than the average recent graduate
Relax, boomer.
@@sneakyvictorsneakyvictor7658 wuh?
@@MidtownSkyport Your initial comment had so much boomer energy 🤷♂️
@@sneakyvictorsneakyvictor7658 Hmm, I didn't mean to sound disparaging of recent graduates, I just meant that if you rated their employability, Ed would rate somewhere in the top half rather than the bottom.
First time I've been called a boomer :D
@@MidtownSkyport Well, considering about half of university students graduate in subjects such as sociology, philosophy, gender studies, and other similar degrees that add negative value to your CV, then yes, you're right. "Average" was the key word.
Thanks for so honestly sharing all of that information. You obviously took a lot of care for you cost, and I am sure that quite soon this trip will pay itself off econimically - your TH-cam Videos will still be great in 10 years! I assume the trip has paid off soooo much more in every other aspect 😉
Those pictures you showed here, like the family sleeping under you uni, people you shared rooms with... It's hard to imagine the abundance of unique memories you acquired during that trip - congratulations!
2000 gbp for one YEAR of food? Now that‘s impressive.
I spend the same on one meal...
Fascinating, very thorough and we'll presented....will look forward to buying your book, what a trip and adventure
That's almost $30,000 USD total. So I guess you more or less "broke even" on the total final cost.
Still much less than paying rent or mortgage along with utilities health insurance car insurance gas and all the other nonsense with in american life in the states for 3 years. id prefer the experience
Good for you Ed. Congratulations on making something of yourself! You deserve it.
Holy smokes those plane costs are off the chain
Thank you so much for the honesty and transparecy. This video was incredibly inforamtive and makes it so that one can really put things in prespective. Keep up the great work and goodluck on your future travels!
