Just used it again today. LOL
Great job!! Just a quick math....3400 rpm motor with 1.5 inch drive pulley with a 14 inch driven pulley works out that your finger plate is turning 364.286 rpm not the 280-310 as your thinking to get to 300 rpm plate you'll need a 1.25 drive pulley
I was using some app so I may have not entered the correct info.
All I know is, it's been working great even doing two birds at a time.

Fun little project other than pulling all of them fingers in.
I bought 2hp yardbird couple months ago think was $589.00 does 2 birds . Actually 2 birds work better they bounce off each other! End of the day does same yours does! Good work partner!

Yeah that worked like a charm. I think the chicken was only in the plucker for about 15-20 seconds. Not too bad at all.
