I think the drums and percussion on ‘Looking for Linda’ were by Sam Merendino and Bashiri Johnson respectively, but neither appear to be credited on Chaka Khan’s version of ‘I Feel for You’ (other people are).

Hands down pat kane was the best singer songwriter in the 80s and 1991 ..criminally under-rated and way too sophisticated foe the top 40
