1度だけ乗ったことがあります。エンジンの中に車輪を収納できるなんて、知らなかった。そんな飛行機が、他にありますか。着想がすごい。後退翼でないということは、短距離離着陸ができるということですか？。
ロシアのイリューシンでエンジン下部にランディングギアを収納する仕組みを採用していましたね。ボンバルディアDash8は、最大搭乗者数を少し減らして1200メートルの滑走路でも離着陸できる性能があるようです。
