Hi Lenny! Safe number for group travelers would be 2-5 person. It can be costly if you travel alone since you'll spend accommodation by yourself, but Vietnam is a cheap country to travel you'll be fine here

Thank you for the video. It’s very helpful. How about tips? Are these expected? In some countries tips are only expected if the person helping you goes above and beyond (like you mention to your wife that you ran out of cigarettes and the server comes back with a fresh pack without being asked) whereas in the US tips are expected.

Should you book all your accommodation before you go to Vietnam? I'm going for 2 weeks in a few months. Thankyou

Hi new subscriber here. Just wanted to ask if what is the best mode of transport from the airport to your hotel. Also, as a first time traveller, does it work to withdraw cash from an ATM issued here in the Philippines or is it required for you to have a dollar account? Thanks... I really enjoyed watching your vlog..

Travellers should bring along charger adapters because many hotels in Hanoi don't have sockets for three pin plugs.

In Vietnam, when entering a Catholic church, it is still allowed to wear normal sandals and shoes. Only remove shoes and sandals when entering the main hall of a Buddhist temple.
