These bikes were overlooked by the introduction of the Blade and sadly due to this a lot of riders missed out as what can only be described as one of the best bikes of its time/era and to be honest will keep up and at times out do some modern bikes Think I am talking shit well just try one and you will see where I am coming from !! The early bikes did not have the res they just had the shock so its probably original "keep it that way" They were not only fast but strangely quite comfortable to boot I have spent many many hours riding one with no ill affect I would go as far as saying appart from the Honda V.F.R. 750 which is also a fantastic bike this is the best I have ever ridden to date If I were you I would hang on to it they will with out doubt become sort after and for good reason !! Good Vid thanks !!
Hey Deano, Could you quickly run me down the things you did to the mirrors? I've bought a 1994 last week and the mirrors are looking rather yellow-ish. Cheers pal and thanks for the video's they've already been a godsend!
Hello, firstly, thanks for your support on my channel and videos, and secondly I hope you get some good info and tips from the YZF 750 ones. It was quite a while back now, but the same principle here on the mirror back plastic as with light lenses, simply cut back old tired plastic with a paste type cleaner, you can try toothpaste, I used a PVC cleaner, then use T Cut, then use a polish. If the plastic is too bad, on starting, use a courser paste, or wet and dry sand paper, working down in grades to wax polish. Good luck !

@@DeanAllen Will give it a try, Cheers
I’ve ordered some of that staingo. Screen Looks excellent 👍
It great stuff for cleaning a lot of tired plastics etc, as you saw.
I do believe the 1993 bikes had limited adjustment for the suspension. Remote reservoir’s arrived in 1994
Definitely had the remote reservoir as a standard 1993 model, but for some bizarre reason one of the previous owners on mine decided to ditch it.
