Hey Nina & team - TY so much for your tour of this ultra Luxurious SPH with West & South views. What I luv about the building is that there is no road on the South side so ZERO vehicle noise on that side. That's a huge BENEFIT.
That Saderno kitchens are 1 of the top to have in your home. Good choice!!
2 dble garages is a massive BONUS.
    Thx for the tour.
Cheers from a fellow Condo dweller. Gotta luv those views!!!

Gorgeous home. I'd probably change that kitchen counter, too industrial for me but the space and views are glorious. Great tour as always.

I guess the wholes and storage in the kitchen are copies from "chefs kitchen". Usually you put a cup filled with spoons (for tasting your dishes) in the cup holders and the other "compartments" are for herbs, spices, onions, etc so that you have quick access to spice up your cooking.......I hope I´m half right😁 really nice appartement

Those are definitely scoops/utensils for the item in covered one.

Mmm, yo tiraría todo el mobiliario y lo equiparía con materiales mas innovadores y le cambiaría el diseño total a ese apartamento!🧐

I think it’s okay. For that price I think it needs to be more luxurious.

I agree. Trying to price it like it's a New York high-rise.

Always a pleasure to see Nina giving us a home tour so thank you for that.
    Loved the bloopers. :)
As for the home ....well the price is the price, but 14.5 mil is not this home. I know, I know. That's the market, but to me a home should at least look like it's worth that price and I just don't see it. Maybe 4.5 million. That kitchen was weird to me; the gloss wood design cabinets looks cheap. Maybe in real life they looks a lot better and if it does (I doubt it) then so be it. And those storage hole things along the kitchen counter are strange - they face the cook and are placed right behind the burners that most likely have hot pots and pans cooking and you're suppose to what? Reach over them? They are facing away from anyone on the other side of the counter. Again, strange. But I do appreciate Nina trying to make sense of it. :)
I liked the bedrooms. I know you said out of respect for the tenant you could not show inside closets, etc. However, if they expect to get that kind of money then ...well ....I want to see inside those closets and pantries.
That laundry room was impressive in size so I really like that. Again way. Thanks for sharing/posting this video and I look forward to the next one. Cheers! :)

people think stainless is easy to keep clean, but it shows every fingerprint or smudge, Its a nightmare if you have kids.

It actually depends on the finish of the stainless steel. Samsung has stainless steel fridges that have a special impervious finish which does not retain any smudges. It can be easily wiped off with very light pressure.
