Yes, you'd have to change to dual sink if you shared the primary bedroom. As with most places, nothing is perfect & you would have to do some improvements to suit your individual needs. The price is $1,400 a sf which is actually excellent value for a downtown Penthouse and takes into consideration that some renos are required. Cheers!
That's correct. Only the penthouses have air conditioning. In Vancouver this is quite normal. Most buildings do not have air conditioning at all. Moving forward it will be mandatory for new buildings to have a heating/cooling but this was not the case until recently.
No builiding amenities ? Gym ? Pool? Ev Charging ? is there a private garage or is it only valet? guest parking? also it is a corner unit yes? so there are 3 other units on the floor? how is the sound proofing... for 4.5 I dont wanna have to listen to neighbors complain about my music or movies...
Hi there, currently they're working on converting the meeting room into a gym. Owners will decide at the next AGM. No pool. EV charging is common. No private garages. There is a parking valet . Northeast facing is the best because of the morning sun, then the condo is nice and cool for the rest of the day. Love that rooftop patio.
