Chef Khursheed, thank you for this recipe. I just tried it out today for lunch and the flavour is unbelievable!! 😊 Ekdum muh mein galnewala, and it wasn't too spicy, just subtle spices and an amazing smell. Your instructions were also perfect!! Had it with dahiwala hari chutney... fantastic 👌🏼
