2 cups Rajma, (boiled)
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
1/4 cup Mint leaves
1/8 cup garlic
1/2 inch ginger
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
Oil for shallow frying
Onion Slices & Mint (for serving)

Kebab (Arabic: كباب, kabāb, [kaˈbaːb]; Turkish: kebap, [cebɑp]) or kabob (North American) is a type of cooked meat dish that originates from cuisines of the Middle East. Modern-day kebabs in India mostly trace their origin to the influence of Mughlai cuisine. Some Indian kebabs have very specific geographic attributions, such as Kakori kebab, which is made of finely ground, and attributed to the city of Kakori in Uttar Pradesh, where legend has it that it was first prepared for old and toothless pilgrims.
