I tried this recepie. It came out to super good. I was amuzed by the aroma during cooking (while on heat and before putting it on pan as well). Your recepie reminded me of veg kebabs my mom used to make. It has, boiled lotus root, soaked Chana dal, some alu boiled., blanched spinach, onion, ginger garlic green chilli some pudina. All blended till soft. And then pretty much how you did it on the grease proof pan. It is as soft as a gilouti. Try it!

A lot of fat is spread .. original galauti kebab is roasted on coal with a large pan well seasoned with fat oil.
Like we cook..we don't have even a single non stick utensil. Just using old iron, copper and also earthen cookware.
