Very cool
Amazing
I just purchased some. I’m totally new to this. What do I need to purchase to brew some. I don’t drink coffee so I don’t have a coffee maker
How fine do you grind it i have cacao nibs
I just got a brazen plus from you and I'm wondering if you could give me some advice for my cacao I got from you? I'm from here in Eugene!😊
is the strainer that you load the cacao grind into & suspend over the cup (reference 0:22s) a tea infuser? would one work or is there something more specialized for use with brewing cacao?
FOLLOW UP: it appears to be a Celestial Stainless Steal Tea Infuser from Wild Daisy Herbals. True?
how do you make sure that the beans roasted was the one that has good bean quality?
I don't really understand your question. I think the answer is taste but not really sure that is what you are asking.
Can you mix nibs with coffee and get good extraction?
not really. It makes both a lesser product IMO.
What is the rotating temperature and time for the brewing cocoa ?
I like 200-206 F for 4-6 minutes.
Interesting, I have cacao nibs, could I use them? Also have you tried using the full fat powdered milk with it? Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
You can but it tends to be thinner. You get body and flavor from the husk. Sure, you can us milk in it.
Can I brew the unsweetened cocoa powder like in a coffee maker? 1:30

Do you sell the press? And how much
No really. Cocoa powder is repels water quite a bit. Usually you end up just making a mess.
I’m curious, can you cold brew the cocoa beans?
Sure. chocolatealchemy.com/brewingcocoa#about-brewing-cocoa
i brew my coffee in a pour over, but i've heard you shouldn't use paper filters for brewing cacao. is that true?
That isn't answerable. Some paper filters clog. Some don't. Try it and see. Other than clogging, there is no reason not to use one. That said, I much prefer metal tea infuser filters like we show in the video.
