Totally relate! Micro breaks in the office never worked for me, could never shut out the idiots who created extra drama because they were bored or whatever it was. Regular solitude in nature always helps and journalling has been a big positive for me. And sometimes you just have to lie on the couch and do nothing! My dog beside me helps. 💚 🌻🌻🌻
Oh I feel you, it can be so hard to get rest in an office if the atmosphere there isn’t good. In situations like that it’s easy to ”escape” into work tasks instead. How are you feeling now? Nature is such a healing place, always have been. Our connection to nature and the impact it has on us is amazing 🥰 and animals! 😍 just the best!
