Just found your site. Do you have actual cleaning videos? Im a new feather weight owner. So excited to sew on it. I did take it in locally for a checkup
You will find a wealth of information on my website (www.novamontgomery.com) under the Tip of the Month. They go back for a decade, and many are videos. I teach a nationally acclaimed Nova's Featherweight Maintenance Workshop (of course COVID has disrupted the schedule for those classes!). And, I highly recommend Nova's Featherweight Maintenance Card. It is a very helpful tool for taking good care of your machine. Lastly, I would caution you about your local repairman. The vast majority of the machines that are shipped to me for repair (machines are shipped from all over the country to me) are not functioning because of the local repairman. And very few are using Nova's Motor Lubricant in the machines they service. Most are not lubricating the motors at all.
oil painters have used 'lead white' for 100s of years. interesting to see where it comes from.thanks so much for your helpful tutorials!
Thanks, Nova.
You are welcome!!

I have a Featherweight and a new-to-me Singer 201-2. Will your motor lubricant also work in the 201-2 potted motor?
Yes. The benchmark for Nova's Motor Lubricant was the original Singer Motor Lubricant
Yea for your help
