Coming from someone that only plays 5s I haven’t met a single skilled player yet, the only player I’ve seen good is 2 friends of mine, one can go crazy dribble on a 6’10, and the other is an all around menace SF i have over 200 rec games and theirs no skill, extreme lack in IQ, the best builds I’ve seen are no skill, this game promotes no skill

Layup. As well as floaters are attached to layups. I have my shot meter off for jumpers and low risk layup meter on. When I attempt floaters the meter pops up.

I'm going to switch to real player.. how do I use it I tried it once and missed everything do I hold down x or tap x or press and release? I think low risk on layups in general is the sweet spot for high layup builds. Otherwise, real player is the way to go… which is actually crazy. 👎🏽this test also doesn’t take into account the crazy standing layup animation variance you get, making it harder to get greens (not saying the test is bad because of this but this also plays a big factor when it comes to timing close shots in general.)

Now onto this, I’ve personally began to put more close shot than layup cuz float game is cheaper to get & paint prodigy always activates for me. But if I want more layup then I’d at least go 90 or 93 rating. And we all know mashing ain’t the same of course but can still get the job done.

Can you do a video on pick dodger because I have legend pick dodger and it feels not worth it at all. I wanna see some percentages on how much you will get stuck if you don’t have legend
From experience this year with bronze pick dodger, You most likely successfully dodge a screen if U anticipate screens by moving under or over before they plant. I'm successfully slipping thru - must be holding L2 always, and R2 with the good screeners. I notice I get caught if I hit the screeners centre line and not quick enough to slip under or over before I make contact. With legendary badge I would think it would apply leeting U slip thru seemlesly if U went over or under b4 contact.
Break starter is inconsistent for another year. Played against 3 99 pass accuracy center builds this year. 2 were getting picked off on fast breaks, outlets. The 3rd was throwing the same passes I would throw with an 87 rating. 87 or 93 nothing more. 89 is useless and honestly felt 87 worked better. LeBron pass style tho.

I honestly think reel player% will be patched in the season 3 patch so I’d run with layup timing on to make sure you’ve learned your timing for when they fix it
people complaining about no skill layups kills me lmao. every year up until recently layup timing didn’t matter and even when it did start to matter it was still relatively minimally important😂 and this is from a person that almost exclusively has made finishing builds for years

Timing a meter isn't really a great show of skill though. Maybe they are tired of slapping a meter on everything in the game 😂

Can you test floaters with real player % VS normal risk? I noticed floaters are inconsistent with real player % even if you have legendary float game.

If you have a 90+ close shot, use low profile. You still get the slight advantage of timing while majority of it is real player %
