- The plaintiff and the defendant initially met on Tinder, became friends, and eventually moved in together. However, the plaintiff claims she and the defendant soon started fighting, and once during an argument, he shoved her. The plaintiff alleges the defendant held her belongings hostage when she left their house, so she is suing for unreturned property. The defendant says the first night he met the plaintiff, they had sex. When they moved in together, the defendant says he made it clear they were just friends, but the plaintiff tried to have sex with him every night anyway.
