MAX PAYNE 2: All Cutscenes (Game Movie) 1440P 60FPS
Two years after the events of the first game, Max Payne (voiced by James McCaffrey) has been reinstated in his old job as a police detective for the NYPD. One night, he is called on to investigate a gunfight at a warehouse owned by his old ally, Russian mobster Vladimir Lem (Jonathan Davis), who has since become a wealthy and powerful crime boss. Max discovers that the warehouse was attacked by a group of hitmen called "the Cleaners", and is surprised to run into Mona Sax (Wendy Hoopes), who he thought had died two years ago. He then heads to a restaurant owned by Lem and rescues him from their mutual enemy Vinnie Gognitti (Fred Berman), who has since become the underboss of the New York Mafia. Lem claims that Gognitti is trying to monopolize the black market gun trade and sees Lem as a threat. After evading an attack by the Cleaners in his apartment, Max tracks Mona to an abandoned funhouse and learns that the Cleaners are after anyone who knows about the secret society, the Inner Circle. While attempting to track down a contact, Mona is arrested and taken to the police station, despite Max's protests.
While at the station, Max overhears his new partner, Valerie Winterson (Jennifer Server), talking on the phone about Mona. The station is attacked by the Cleaners, who are looking for Mona. Mona breaks out of her cell, and after fighting off the Cleaners, she and Max begin hunting down the people responsible for the attack. Their search leads them to a construction site, where Max and Mona are again attacked by the Cleaners. After they leave, Winterson arrives and holds Mona at gunpoint. Mona claims that Winterson is there to kill her, while Winterson insists that she is simply trying to arrest a fleeing fugitive. After several moments of consideration, Max fatally shoots Winterson, allowing Mona to escape. Before she dies, Winterson shoots Max, hospitalizing him.
The Cleaners raid the hospital building looking for Max, but he manages to fight his way out. He visits Senator Alfred Woden (John Braden), the leader of the Inner Circle, who reveals that Lem is his former protégé and hired the Cleaners to kill Gognitti and Woden, so that he could secure control of both the criminal underground and the Inner Circle. Max raids Lem's restaurant, killing several of his henchmen, and discovers that Winterson was Lem's mistress. He races to Gognitti's hideout to save him from Lem, and the two flee to Mona's funhouse hoping that she can help them, but Lem ambushes them. He reveals that Mona is a hired gun for Woden, with orders to kill Lem and Max. Lem murders Gognitti and shoots Max, leaving him for dead. Mona rescues Max, and together, they go to Woden's mansion to save him from Lem.
At the mansion, Mona knocks Max to the ground in an attempt to follow her orders to kill him, but discovers that her feelings for him prevent her from doing so. Realizing Mona will not kill Max, Lem shoots her, then kills Woden when he confronts him. Recovering, Max fights Lem as the mansion burns around them, and eventually kills him. As the police arrive at the scene, Max returns to the wounded Mona, who dies in his arms. In an alternate ending unlocked on the highest difficulty, Mona survives, and she and Max kiss.

exactly. It was the narration in that deep voice that made this game soo good. Max Payne 2 was good but the 1st was a whole different level
@@sparshpandey1450 Max Payne 1 had a decent length, Max Payne 2 was way too short though:( You honestly can't compare them they are completely two different vibes, they both stand together as one of the best games ever made.
Remedy deflated this excellent voice in Alan Wake 2, the most incredible garbage of all time game.

@@doctorstrangelovee it's not Rockstar. It's Remedy Entertainment. They developed the original two games before selling the IP to Rockstar, who made the third game. They did have a hand in the console ports of the first two though.

Absolutely fucking beautiful! You managed to combine both the gameplay, story slideshows and cutscenes seamlessly. I was expecting anothe dump of cutscenes that for most people make no sense put together, but you put in the effort and went the extra mile! Well done!!!!!

Max Payne 1 intro stuck with me for life, that eerie phone call and baby screaming during the home invasion was tense. Even replaying it today I have that eerie feeling

as kids we just skip all cutscenes and just play but then when we deeply look at it shows how much max have suffered man if I was him I don't know what I would do in this depressed life

This game is a fucking masterpiece. A friend gifted it to me in high school back in 2004. Never played the first one before. This game made me lose sleep. I’ve replayed it multiple times over the years.

I want to let you know that there's a fanmade COD4 campaign released around a month ago that is really strong. I think you would be interested. The name is COD4 Rooftops 2 Campaign.

i now have both 1 and 2 in the max Payne series i did notice a change in 3 but it's not for ps2 so I'll never get a chance to test drive it out for myself but it is definitely different from 1 2 i must admit😔🙏

Dont get me wrong mcaffrey is max payne. He delivers every line with absolute perfection but i reckon Gibbs could do it nearly just as well.
Yeah this series is best described as a duology.
The strange thing is the ending of part 1 does not match the beginning of part 2 in the max Payne series and 3 throw,s it out the window but I must admit it,s never a boring moment thanks for the trip down memory lane🤔🙏

I have all the Max Payne's but never beat any of them. I couldn't figure out what to do on 1 and 2.
You should give them a shot, they are amazing. There's a few things you have to do to get sound to work on max Payne 1 for modern PCs but otherwise they still work just fine.

They should re-release this on ps5, and add Diversity. The games r classics and the movie was meh ...ok. I like the Mona character, dark, &driven for revenge, BUT her fake sex phone operator tone is so overdone and cliche sheesh entrenching Storyline 1 of the best
