- Used Dolphin Emulator to play this game,I use a Xbox One controller and just map the buttons. But if you want to use a KEYBOARD which is what I was using for this video then here’s the list of the buttons I mapped for my own comfort, doesn’t mean you’ll like it as well but it’s what I personally like

Did this game have unlimited map sizes where you could just run away from the battle area into nothing?

This game was soooo good for it's time, the maps and characters were on point
That little alien was like playing as Oddjob. Aka to some cheating. This series was so underrated and had so much potential. It was to me for the first time controls that felt spot on for a FPS on a console. It was definitely ahead of its time.

Me and my brother played this game as young kids were now in our 30s and we still have the good memories of playing this
God damn. This game was so damn fun to play with the duck and elvis presley bots. One of the first games I had for the Original Xbox. Spent many weekends playing this game by myself because we didn't have internet for Xbox Live. Crazy that this brings back memories of VCR players, barely any cell phones except Nokias and Blackberries, and calling my friends on the landline to see if they wanted to go skateboarding.

the level maker feature was amazing. wow. this game truly is a true masterpiece and in my top10 games of all time i would say!

Wow... xD I have SOO many memories with this! :D I used to live right next to another family who had kids in my age, and we had sleepovers/game-nights almost every weekend at their place. This was one of our favorite games to play! ^^
I remember when I played this mode as a child, I set all of the weapons as flamethrowers and just made all of the NPCs keep burning themselves, as they kept screaming in agony, along with me getting burned with them.
I have NO freaking idea what I was thinking back then, but my child self was so freaking sadistic XD

With THQ Nordic now owning the TimeSplitters IP, I believe they have actual plans for the series. A Remastered HD Trilogy? TimeSplitters 4? Both? I think the former should happen first since little work has to be done with those. Plus it'll be getting these legendary treasures onto modern hardware.
I can imagine the HD Trilogy being marketed with a tagline that takes the piss out of the current gaming industry with something like "Remember when games were full of content with no DLC and no microtransactions?". Something along the lines of that would be perfect as it'll give the modern gaming industry the long-awaited slap in the face it deserves since TimeSplitters is notable for being *JAM-PACKED* full of content. You had everything you paid for right out of the box. No content locked behind a paywall. If you wanted something specific in the game, you *EARN* it.
Those days of content-packed games need to come back. Companies argue that games are getting more and more expensive to make, so they include microtransactions in order to better help in making their money back. Well, hey, if you actually put more content into your game and didn't rush them out, maybe you'll be making your money back with sales alone and not just partial sales and mostly microtransactions.

I remember always setting up team deathmatch where everyone was on the same team, and the bots would all run and crowd around the health packs and I'd blow them all up with rocket launchers and explosives 💀💀💀🤣

I guess that makes sense. I've been playing this since my childhood aswell and I USED to be able to play really well and even win on hard mode. But it's been so long since I last played. I started to play again just today and I guess I just have lost my Mojo you know? I also hardly ever played by myself. I always played with my older siblings because we found a lot more fun to play together. But now, both my sisters have moved out, my oldest bro moved out a long time ago but he hardly comes over anymore. And My other bro never wants to do anything with me. So guess I'm just lonely is what I mean to say. I mean, I don't know why I'm telling you this. These are just my depressed feelings I tend to keep bottled up but anyways. I'm gonna keep on playing and hopefully get back my Mojo, and become a good player like you. :)

i notice that bots are just like regular enemies,because of some things:
-when they get shoot,they play the "hit" animation,being unable to shot back
-they do a side dodge on left or right when they are shooting
