Sounds romantic. The orchestration is to dense, IMHO. Who is Michele Mangani? An Englishman?

He is Italian composer - arranger. He has quite a lot written for clarinet. Personally I can recommend concertpiece for two clarinets. There is a nice recording by Corrado Giufredi and Paolo Beltramini

Yeah, after my day shift at the bowling alley I have to play classical, bass clarinet gigs with a full orchestra…. The guy that works at the ice-cream stand just played the Nielsen clarinet concerto
