Really like this video. I am in my junior year in America, the most important year for sports recruiting. Strength training is heavily undervalued in non professional environments. It is crazy how much stronger I was after hitting the weights hard for 2 weeks prior to my aerobic base build. I used to be bad at hill workouts, and I now consider them to not always be super painful.

Great video! Lots of valuable information explained in a simple and effective manner. Can go a long way in helping runners and those who help runners fill in the gaps and optimize in their training to support intended running outcomes.

Thank you so much for these. Always really looking forward to them.
Excelente trabajo Dr. Balsabore!
