Pouring the water once, perhaps after a nasty political confrontation, would be incredibly childish but forgivable. A sustained pattern of this behavior is nothing short of pathological. She's a sick individual and needs help. She is absolutely not qualified to remain a legislator.

You are absolutely right about our legislators - I doubt 10 % of this whole zoo we call our government are qualified. There is something wrong with our voting system and I'm not able to figure out a solution. I do know this, without a major change in the way we pick leaders, we are screwed.

Something drastic has to change - it is shame it has come to this but it looks like drastic = Pres Trump or we are going down hard. There is no lack of new replacement applicants just like her. It seems we just aren't going to wake up and find reputable representatives to lead us. I'm working for a non partisan non profit that has been calling voters (from all parties) in our area and asking the question, what do you wish our elected officials cared more about? The anticipated answer would be something like, healthcare, the economy, infrastructure, immigration, local issues, etc.
But what were hearing more and more people say is; Kindness. Integrity. Trust.
And this is the perfect example of why we're hearing those responses from people regardless of their political affiliation.

What immediately comes to mind is what other underhanded things has she done?
