The reason that the funds are not accounted for is because there are most likely some kickbacks and under the table deals happening. It does not take 400 million to take care of less than $6,000 people. That math is absurd. This is clearly a scheme to line the pockets of those with close ties to the city of Chicago leadership. By using out-of-state companies, they're able to attempt to not show accurate records. The city of Chicago has a medical District. The city of Chicago has ample housing. Why are we outsourcing jobs to out of state workers for these positions knowing that we will have to pay per diem to the house and feed them? The National Guard has been sent to many of these dump zones.
We have so many homeless people, American citizens, and they’re actually being removed from shelters to make room for migrants. And slumlords are being paid a fortune to house these people. It's the same as Congress deciding to give themselves a raise while denying raising minimum wage for the regular worker. It's amazing how companies can claim that they can't afford to pay more, but have been reporting record breaking profits year-after-year for the past 30 years. How's that work? They don't want to raise minimum wage because it would cut into their profits. What else could it be? What the CEOs make in their bonuses could increase the blue collar workers wages. Even if it is only by a couple dollars more an hour that's a couple more dollars per hour you didn't have in your pocket before that. It's a problem when 98% of ALL WEALTH is in the control of 2% of the population who sit on the majority of it in tax havens. If they got the money and aren't spending it then you can't earn it. Back in the day, the wealth tax was 91% and there was no such thing as inflation.

The reason that the funds are not accounted for is because there are most likely some kickbacks and under the table deals happening. It does not take 400 million to take care of less than $6,000 people. That math is absurd. This is clearly a scheme to line the pockets of those with close ties to the city of Chicago leadership. By using out-of-state companies, they're able to attempt to not show accurate records. The city of Chicago has a medical District. The city of Chicago has ample housing. Why are we outsourcing jobs to out of state workers for these positions knowing that we will have to pay per diem to the house and feed them? When we could have hired from right here in the city of Chicago. Welfare has always been a scheme to line the pockets of the rich. The people who actually need the support and the resources are always given the crumbs. The only people getting rich here are those in cahoots with the city government.

What does the money trial tell? What are receipts / invoices telling us? Was the money given as a ĺump sum, quarterly, monthly? If so, there would be invoices, would there not?
Or did it have to be applied for before any and every payment? How was the distribution decided? Why isn't this report knocking on that persons office until something gets explained to the public?
