Hi Simone! Beautiful reaction to this amazing performance and song by Angelina. Being able to watch her sing the song takes everything to another level!
The black and white video takes us back to her "I put a spell on you" video when she was 9. And creates that subtle, enticing atmosphere Angelina always takes us when she performs.
Just one thing to point out. She started at 7 years old in Norway's Got Talent and won it a couple months later at 8 ;)
She's 14 now, will be 15 the 10th of January but she wrote this song earlier this year even before Republic Records contacted her to sign her contract with them

So great to see Angelina sing live again, especially with this healing song in troubled times. The artwork she and grandma did for the original release was awesome, but this magnificent video is epic! I think this will rival her other B&W from years past. I'm so happy for her successes all these years, and I think she has found a great home at Republic for her talent. Her uncle Michael deserves a lot of credit too, and of course her mother Sara for her protection and sharing her with the world. One day I'll get my greatest wish, to see her sing in person. Angie’s fans will treasure this performance forever. And to Angelina I say, thank you so, so much for all the wonderful music you have given all of us over the years, and for your humanity for others less fortunate. It’s not just your voice Angelina, you yourself truly are the “gift from the universe.”

Thank you so much for go back with Angelina after so much time and for the great new reaction, Simone. This is a very sweet and very intense song dedicated with infinite love to the missing grandfather and to all the people who have lost someone, but it's also a song full of hope, with beautiful lyrics, especially if you think it was written by a 14 year old girl, and her voice is so incredibly "made in Angelina". The first version of one month ago is whit the lyrics and the paints of her grandmother Mery, but this is the live version. She it managed to improve even more, just a few weeks after the original version was released, for which she definitely worked a little bit subtle differences compared to the first version and now it's even more exciting, even seeing her sing is priceless! A year has passed since her last public performance, at AGTC. It's really a help to cheer up the human soul and gives us an emotion that will accompany us during the Christmas period. 🤗 ❤️

can go, right now, from the models runway to the concert stage in a 'New York Minute'. Her grandma,
Mery Zamani, was also a child prodigy (artist) and a lover of jazz. She infected Angelina with this
'jazzmania' which began when she was 1-1/2.

Simone so great to have you back in Angelina's world. I only discovered Angie about 11 months ago so I did not see your previous reactions to her. I can't possibly understand how you stayed away for so long. I can't imagine going a day without listening the most soulful, emotional voice of my 62 years. I guess your subscribers pull you towards others but we angels will always welcome you back anytime. Republic Records is setting up their worldwide promotion of Angie's upcoming album which hopefully be released by the end of January.

Yeah, I could sit and listen to her for hours. Georgeous voice, so soulfull for such a young lady, even when she was ten she had that old soul feeling to her singing. When she channels old soul like Etta James or any number of older school singers, but with her own flavor on it, it is a power unto its own. Thank you, Simone, for bring more of her to we, your listeners/followers.

She is the best singer I’ve ever heard. It almost doesn’t matter what genre she covering. Her voice and style is now immediately recognizable. I think there will soon be other women trying to capture her style, but Angelina’s voice is so uniquely beautiful.

She wrote this shortly after her other grandpa died in Nov. 2019 (mom’s dad), she was 13. Angie wrote this shortly after his death & recorded it this year at 14. Angie & her grandma did the art for the lyric video. Angelina said, “This song is dedicated to anyone who has lost a loved one. I wrote this song thinking about all the great memories I had with my grandpa and how much it hurts to lose someone. I hope this song finds a place in you heart, as it comes straight from mine”. Stargate producer singer/songwriter Dakota posted on her instagram regarding the collaboration with Angie, said “This girls talent is freakin insane.”

she started earlier than 11. she WON norways got talent (started the show when she was 7 and won at 8) in 2014. and yes i agree she should have won Americas Got Talent The Champions, BUT, she was NOT ALLOWED to win because she refused to sign a contract with the show. all winners have to sign a contract with the show so they get a big percentage of money made from the star, plus the show makes major decisions about what kind of music they sing and songs sung. Angelina did not want that and neither did her family, so she did not sign a contract with the show, and therefore , she was NOT ALLOWED to win. she will be 15 on january 10th, 2021.
