I've been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Women don't even have to work out to be honest. If they just eat clean for the most part they will stay slim.

Unfortunately, there are mitigating and extenuating circumstances of severe poverty, destitution, and homelessness that will prevent a woman from upkeeping her appearance!
My Issue is with the women who have money for:

There are psychological reasons why some women and girls become obese, including molestation. So mental health should be addressed first and foremost. The majority of the burden for the children and older parents, plus they are ofttimes in abusive relationships where the man is stressing them out emotionally and mentally. Black Women don't enjoy "soft" life and receive very little empathy, but heaps of criticism. Our comeunities are often fresh food deserts with fast food and liquor stores. Many don't know proper nutrition and need support to obtain a healthier lifestyle. 💜

This behaviour is Christianity, not Rastafari!!! The man's world that Europeans created is what you are following!!! Rastafari is a Masculine & Feminine throne, equal & balanced as nature is. No man is superior to no woman!!! Infact nothing is superior to to nothing in Rastafari!!!
If Ras Tafari himself only seeked to have perfect balance with one woman, why are men who are not seeking any balance, with a whole heap of woman still saying Ras Tafari's name???

uh...except a bbl has zero to do with being overweight, obese or otherwise unhealthy. women don't get bbl's as a solution to weight management, it's about changing their shape. the amount of fat taken from the abdomen or elsewhere is not going to mitigate the problem of being seriously overweight. so not understanding the guest's comment here...

Well our black men haven’t built any gyms or health club chains. Women back in the day can have all those kids and don’t gain weight because they wasn’t under much stress as black women face today with cortisol levels and mass production of processed foods to fast food restaurants. Also in a food desert with no coop or farmers markets nothing but liquor stores & chicken places…

Plain & Simple, men are the ORDER, not women!!! Emperor Haile Selassie is an example of how righteous men behave.. When a man brings a balanced order to a woman humbly, like the King of Kings did, a woman will follow that order without question. The masculine & feminine roles complement each other, & there's harmony..
The fact that a lot of men have failed to bring forth righteous orders, is the reason why it is being turned on women?x A woman is not the Order nor the Power of the Holy Trinity, these are masculine roles!!!i Men don't want to take no blame for the "Man's World" disfunction that was created by men, & ruled by men!!! Now it's falling. Women are being pushed upfront to make it look as if women need to be like this young woman?? When this young woman is supposed to follow a righteous order!!! So where is he??? Empress Menen didn't have to say NOTHING!!! She was following her righteous order called Selassie.. Show the Alpha that an Omega like her can become in tune with??? A lot of the young men are not even on her level..

We can also get lots of body exertion through many other practical activities.

This is not a helpful ot healthy conversation. Weight-loss is a holistic medical science that is complicated particularly due to women's nutrition, psychology and endocrine system that may need several doctor's guidance. Also learning to strength train safely and effectively is not free and is not affordable for most to pay a trainer $100 - $600 a month. its not always laziness in the United States unresolved stress and mental health is the culture and can be a brutal cycle that some folks need therapy or a coach to help them break that cycle. Lets start with less judgment about outcomes and give practical resources and referrals to health professionals to assist with the symptoms, root causes and behavior change. A call to action is ineffective if you're only pointing the finger. Folks need the practical hands on guidance, mentorship, family, education and village they didn't get from birth to through adulthood. Its a cultural issue in America. It's able to be done but its more sustainable when you are not enslaved to corporations and have healthy supportive family!❤

You don’t need a doctor to tell you to change your diet, we have several brothers and sisters here like her and Yahki awakened that will teach you all you need to know. Fruits and vegetables! FYI; strength training and exercising are two different things. Calisthenics can be done anywhere. Anyone can go for a jog. Anyone can eat better, it’s just the lack of discipline holds people back
