You can absolutely wear this around town. It’s very warm especially if you throw a base and a fleece under it. Not the best in high wind. It otherwise comfy and warm.
The proton is very warm active insulation but as soon as you get static I would throw a wind block over it as it breathes too well. Although I believe face fabric was changed from the initial 2019 launch version to another in 20/21.
Thank you for all your videos. They r all very helpful before buying.
Thank you! That is still my main goal with these videos.

Agreed, especially if you run hot
Brilliant review, I certainly have learnt a lot from you.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you
Great video - keep them coming!
More to come!
great review and you're pretty funny too. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed!
Great video! What size are you wearing?
What color should i get in your opinion from these choices, Bordeaux, Forcefield or Distortion??? Thanks in advance.
Interesting so, if wind breaks the inner bounds the heat will escape but it will recoup after a few moments of motion.
Heat recovery insulation?

I live in the town that will be minus 20 ℃, so do you have any recommendations from Arc’teryx?
Not sure what you're using it for, Therme SV?
What would you reccomend as an active midlayer for around 10°C? A soft shell like the Gamma MX?
Gamma MX is too warm even with just a base layer. At 10c I’m using the Delta LT with a long sleeve shirt.
great vid
Jeff: What size in the Proton are you wearing? Thanks in advance.
Size L
Which of their pieces do you wear for fall going into winter for active / street wear?
Atom SL or Gamma MX mostly for active. Veilance pieces for the city.
Jeff idk what it is but colors don’t seem accurate in your videos. Are you using a filter of some sort?
No filters used, I try to colour correct as accurately to real life as possible though.
I thought you said it was revised in 1920 😆
Same
