As i was following it along, i notice that right after you ask for a review, the if/else if they clic on the link, there is a empty none. i simply had a wait 24h and go to, to the yes. Nice video, I think time out was updated and makes an autobrunch now which might make big changes on the flow. On the other hand, is there a way we can maximize the loop process up to 2 times? I wouldn't like to be sending this messages forever to my clientes till they complete the process.

I've noticed that some websites use a 5-star rating system where clicking 4 or 5 stars directs users to Google review, while lower ratings open a feedback form.
