Technically speaking you can do it with both. but you have more customization with the 497 plan With the 297 plan you cannot customize and take everything away to make the dashboard look simple.

none of it is easy, but some is easier than others just start and quit trying to find the easiest way. I did the same thing and wasted a year of my life
a2p verification is a pain in the butt. How do you explain this to new clients during onboarding? Also, do you warm up their email before sending reviews, won't they just land in spam folders?
we use our own email subdomains so we dont have to warm up or get access to their dns then we use toll free numbers and verify them in advance they are quicker

We rebill for texting and email expenses and most of my clients sent out less than 50 per month

What are the logistics of donating to the charity? Is that automated as well? Or something you track and do on a monthly basis or something?
we track it weekly via a spreadsheet by exporting our list of sub-accounts and then we just try to donate 2,000 meals in advance

yes use zapier or make.com for an integration into their system/crm
