Apparently, there is a law in Virginia that says u don’t have to put up all the money to appeal. There was an attorney channel on here that found this in a section of law on appeal, in Virginia. She is getting away w/ not paying in so many ways. Like her insurance paying her lawyers, and if Johnny doesn’t make her pay the money she owes him, etc…

As a "real" survivor of DV & SA, she shames me. I was diagnosed with C-PTSD in the early 90's. You can't fake it! I had nightmares and flashbacks that would've scared her! I was lucky to have had the best Therapist who was able to break through every wall I built around each of the terrifying events I've lived through. Sadly, he has retired and I don't trust female therapists and refuse group. But because of him, I'm okay. Surviving daily!!!

In Virginia, you have to place the full amount you’re liable for on hold in order to appeal. Therefore if she appeals, she has it.

That is what I have seen the whole trial and over 80% of them are women. I think the women's groups might have noticed that.
