This was an excellent tour and one of the most beautifully decorated homes I’ve viewed. I like the more natural tones and soft fabrics and the absence of black and white, which I think has been overdone in other homes. I also really appreciate the layout which offers a lot of privacy and offers separate areas for the staff.
I think in this case, the views, private entrance drive and beautiful landscaping overshadow the lack of a lift, cinema and exercise area. It’s truly just a very classic home and tastefully decorated.

this is ... quite simply, breathtaking. a significant property of a strong and very tasteful character which, to it's credit whilst screaming quality does not at any stage, give off being overly ostentatious. that's not easy to pull off. congratulations.

I feel like this House compared to all the other houses in that price range, is completely overpriced. why didn't they build a complete basement? I love it, but it's missing a lot in comparison. a complete level basement could've added more garage space, more entertainment area, which is missing, and a cinema, which other houses have in that price range

@@DrumeliaRealEstateMarbella only thing I really don't like is the missing basement, it could've given this property a garage, a cinema and lots of space to expand. the area beneath the garden seems wasted unfortunately. I would even think about excavating the entire garden area after buying and expanding the basement area. then rebuild the garden. build an entrance to the basement through the pool lodge
