The reason for the longer boarding time at Auckland, is Air NZ was using a remote standard. If boarding from an air bridge stand, boarding would be quicker, as there would be secondary boarding for rows 15-29 via the rear door.
The A320 you flew on is used for international short haul routes like Australia and South Pacific Islands hence the IFE screen and 76cm pitch seat. A320's operating on domestic jet services do not have an IFE screens and the domestic A320's are newer. The 13 A320's used on international short haul routes are old and are being replaced by the A320neos and A321neos.
All domestic jet and regional turbo prop services are served complimentary tea, coffee or water and a biscuit or snack and a sweet prior to landing. There is no other food/snacks served so I am not sure why you rate food service 4/10. On Jetstar NZ domestic services they serve water only.

I have rated 2 of the 3 food rating over 5 which is good, I rated the Menu Choices as a 4/10 because the options were a cookie or a bag of 5 chips. I think the food was good and I believe I was a bit harsh on the food choice as I haven't yet flown on other Oceanic carriers. I was, however comparing it to other airlines that I have flown from different continents who have served a proper meal on one-hour flights. I was just rating it as I saw fit, and I am sorry that you do not agree.

In This Case, This is an Older Design of the Plane. They now have Leg groom and more snacks (Depending on the current time it is) Jetstar is worse quality than Air New Zealand but Alright.
Yeah, I haven't flown on the airline since but I would hope that the legroom would get better. I'm not a short guy so I kinda suffered in those seats lol.
