Respected sir Serum glucose is high obviously..... outside the cells ...not being utilised.... So from the cells water moves from inside to outside...that leads to cellular depletion..super dehydrated cells..... , so is hypotension a universal symptom in dka?????. and also what if dka with hypertension, what should be our fluid management then. How to manage that hypertension.
