I made an easy and fast hexie sweater using the halo yarn. The gentle color change from the body of the sweater to the cuffs and hem is pretty. Its so soft and comfy 🙂
I use a 16” circular needle until I’ve decreased to a number of stitches where it’s no longer comfortable. I use to be intimidated by DPNs too, but just like everything else…once you know how its so easy 😉 If I was learning all over again, I’d get me a skein of ILTY or Red Heart and I’d use 5 DPNs and make a hat start to finish without a circular. The hardest part is learning to keep the DPNs “organized” and learning to not strangle your yarn to death.
I just found your channel and I love all the things you have done I am a new knitter and have a pair of fingerless mitts on my wish list for someday! I really like how your ross hat turned out with the Golden Girls yarn! I would LOVE the pattern for your purple cardigan can you let me know where you got it ? GREAT JOB PS I could hear your fine
Thank you so much for your wonderful compliments ☺️ The pattern I’m using for the purple cardigan is from MJ’s Off The Hook Designs Channel and can be found here th-cam.com/video/QGBLvG0ppIY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=w224FX5eyEBpwAsL
New subscriber here; lovely crochet! You asked for opinions concerning your audio. It seems that your manner of speaking in uneven tones, i.e., up & then down makes it inaudible, difficult to understand. Then with CC on, it covers the crochet items you're sharing. Just my opinion Queen of Skeins; nothing derogatory intended. BTW, I loved the Triangular Shawl & you made it into a Granny Cardigan. Ingenious! I must try it! Thanks for sharing. 💜Mary
Thank you so much Mary for your advice. I definitely think all the getting up and down and stepping away, turning away, etc has exacerbated the issue. I’m glad you enjoyed the rest though, and thanks again 😊
