Omarion isn’t bad he just did too much knowing damn well he can’t out sing Mario.
If you have on some good headphones, you can clearly hear the track vocals on top of the live vocals. People are spending damn good money, on below par performances, and its a shame. The days of "real" distinctive, powerful, vocals are long gone. If you were born after 1985 or so, you missed outstanding live shows. Great bands, and great live vocals that you can clearly hear and feel the vibrations. There are vocalist that can bring it live, but they are mostly vocalist that play locally, or regional. They won't get their music played on commercial radio, because they won't sacrifice their integrity just to try and sell records..
If you watchwd then you know Mario was singing parts acapella after the tracks where over. This verzuz was messy and Mario had a real band

Ok, so I guess we can blame Mario’s mediocre songs and his team on his career not being as successful as it should have been because it damn sure wasn’t his vocals. Mario sung his ass off, & I never knew he could sing like that but to me, he never had that greatest of music. If we’re being honest , neither of them had amazing HITS, but Mario sung and performed his shit well. He performed better than a lot of artists that’s more successful then him. I almost wanted him to just take over the mic and perform Omarion’s music for him. Just the whole night listening to him sing. Omarion literally messed up the vibes everytime he grabbed the mic.
