Stage 1: Product Market Fit - Create Value
Stage 2: Distribution - Pipelines to get the product into people's hands
Stage 3: Talent and Culture - Building a culture at your company that brings success to the long-term goals of the business. All players optimizing towards the same objective.

The one thing I would say, which I'm sure you are already doing is utilizing strategic leverage to help your students grow.
Your content is crystal clear and refined, that's great, but the next level is not helping your students get more clear, but helping them get more certain. You do that by leveraging the success stories within the community to the max, to help others "believe" they can do it as well (eg: single mom made $10k per month, different ethnic groups making a killing online, really tough stories with diverse people of different backgrounds that all sorts of people can resonate with, etc). Many times, success is actually more of a certainty thing than a clarity thing because of how important belief systems are to the overall psyche.
Also, once you have those pillars of success stories, you find strategic leverage points in order to equip them to best teach and contribute to the overall community. It's basically an eco-system of growth that builds within itself.
And lastly, if you want to take things to the nth degree, you would want to focus on the psychological bottlenecks people have and scientifically categorize these in ways where it helps them dissolve these bottlenecks. I won't really get into too much detail, but its having systems in place to help people gain greater self-awareness and self-management tailored to where they are at on the collective unconscious spectrum (Jungian analytical psychology).
Most problems in business are self-awareness and self-management problems amplified x10 it's just that most course creators try to sell people on what they "want" to get them into a course, and very few actually care about giving people what they really "need" on the backend :)

The product that I refer to in the video is the "Consulting Accelerator" training program. It's a 6-week online course that shows you how to start a wildly profitable 6-figure consulting business in 42-days. You can learn more about it here: www.consulting.com/webinar.

    1. Focus on product market fit
    2. Then Distribution, as a lever that you pull to get customers.
3.Then on culture and talent - Hire other people that can pull the lever for you - Then those people will have to think for themselves

Sam always comes up with the best content, thanks coming up with helpful stuff for entrepreneurs. Honestly, if I was to pursue consulting full time (I do it very minimally ~7 hours a week and only for high paying clients) I would buy every product you got! I'm currently doing a SaaS business and these are super helpful

Yeah I think that is awesome you are really putting that attention on building that masterful team around you with people who are smarter than you at different things. Literally that would be your biggest weakness in the grand scheme of things, so you are pretty much a machine now if you can find ways to max that out. Well done!

Couple minutes in and I already can tell this another great video from you Sam. I just recently discovered you and your channel and I'm in the process of getting some cash ready for the Accelerator. I'm in an odd circumstance where my Visa will not allow me to start a business until 2 years from now. Aside from the Accelerator program, what else do you suggest I do to prepare in this meantime? Thank you, love your content!

The culture of the business is what determines its longevity and is where many businesses sell themselves short. You need a culture that gives employees a stake in the success of the business - this means that they need to be given opportunities to make suggestions about the business, a say in who their leaders are (the best of these are going to be ones that everybody likes) and rewards for their contributions. I love the idea of "uncapped commission" that they have in sales and recruiting - you get back what you are worth and what you are willing to contribute to the business.
Most businesses are run like dictatorships with the person at the top making all the money and all of the decisions. A business like that will atrophy the moment the founder leaves it - you really need to build a system that can work without you so you can leave a legacy.
The benefits of this are real. Look at the difference between the economy of the United States and China. China has several times the population of the US and its economy is only just on par with the US. In the US free citizens are able to start their own businesses, become wealthy, run for public office - in China you need to have some kind of affiliation with the communist party in order to get ahead. Their business decisions are driven by political objectives from the top down rather than through the efforts of smart people across the breadth of society. Moreover if the people at the top making the decisions fail the country does too.
Businesses need to learn from this experience and 'democratize' their business cultures. They will find themselves operating far more efficiently than their bigger competitors and will be able to punch above their weight.

VIDEO REQUEST on your meditation routine.
I’ve been using the app Headspace. But I know guys like Ray Dalio do transcendental meditation.
I don’t know the difference, but would like your take on meditation and how helpful it is from your experience.
