After years of have played the original TING, I found that it has a sequel, I immediately played it. I wasn't expecting an actual story and a frickin OST. Totally awesome.

I am thinking an "ancient" language called Logo Turtle because it has the command; however, they have repeat instead of loop. Loop is in qBasic so I am thinking they are just mixing the languages.

When you didn't expect much from this ga- not game at first, and it ended up going into your favorite's list because it had A STORY and ACTUAL SONGS which somehow worked wonderfully with it... Just shows how much work went into this masterpiece, I'm happy to say that I love this game
I love how the title eventually foreshadowed the end and Game’s feelings. You thought that the title was just supposed to be funny for this non game but it turned into a deeper meaning than you would expect.
Spoiler Alert Especially the end. It was incredible. When Game finally find GiGi, he feels like he’s finally a Game. When he loses her when they attempt to go back home the first time, he realizes that he feels alone. He feels like... a “Stand Alone” He starts crying out tears knowing that he is a Stand Alone and that’s his destiny. The game starts back up but instead of telling the user to not mess with the title and all that, he realizes he’s alone. Forever
This makes me wanna see one more game where we get to play Game and Gigi’s game but the whole time they commentate and banter with the user over their choices
While, yes, this song is used for a puzzle game, and is a coding love song, it has some really good symbolism, starting with the chorus, “color is set to zero” is saying how she feels like mr game will never see her, “print cry and trace sorry” is showing how she constantly feels sad and alone, “For Gigi - you type end” is showing that without mr game is gone, she minus well end, “loop until us = together” is saying that this cycle will constantly loop until mr game and her are together, “if home is what we earn, go to me and press return” return/enter button is used to create new lines of code, it again shows that if they end up having a proper relationship, all this pain will be gone, “I fear this Boolean might never be true” Boolean are something in coding that is either true or false, and she feels that her and game will never be together, “No more quest, no more fun or replay value” is showing that the game literally won’t be worth it without each other. The verses however have much less symbolism, but, “stuck in front of a colored black hole” while in this case, it is literal, it could also symbolize how she is stuck, and can see what the problem is, but it keeps sucking the light from her life, “delete function is our memento mori” memento mori is a reminder of death, and they are video game characters, it makes sense, also, GiGi was deleted, and it reminded game of how easily everything could be gone, and now that GiGi is back, she knows how shot her life is, and how easily it could be gone. Most of the other deep lines in the song (which is most of them) are more literal than these, but they still count, but I won’t write them here because I am sure you could figure it out.

This is beautiful. Gigi is a really great singer, even when in danger. Even the code is beautiful. ESPECIALLY the code, in fact. It makes it feel more serious, because if that's what the program is coded to do, it HAS to do that. It WILL do that.

GiGi just comes out of nowhere and the dimensional travel place opens then Mr Glitch just ruins the moment. Then in a twisted act he makes GiGi do the singing and breaking the box, trapping her in a singing trance. And then the song plays, with the song as the puzzle, with some cards to add more to it. Then they get separated, and that chapter of User’s journey ends.
this song is on point. my heart felt touched when watching someone playing the game, and its really nice to listen to. and its a nice way to introduce a new puzzle to the game.
Its been months since i finished this game and i cant stop thinking about this sequence. This section of the game had me breaking down. In ways i honestly have no idea how to articulate, you relate to these characters and feel the pain of their creation. One of the greatest works in our time in my opinion.

It lures people into playing this game, since its contents say otherwise than the title. 2. It serves as the plot in a concrete way. Game wanted to keep the user out due to his sorrow. 3. It serves as the plot in an abstract way. Without GiGi, Game's life has no meaning. So there is no Game. 4. This isn't just a game. It shows issues of modern games(F2P and Lootbox) and struggles of indie game development in a fun way. The messages reached directly to the audience, which are gamers. This is a game about raising awareness.
This sounds like the more emotional Bond songs and affects me more deeply than any of them. I legit got chills and teared up here. I'm just sad I didn't play it sooner. I went into this expecting a longer version of the Flash game. Was I got was one of the most unforgettable indie games I've ever played. it's one of my favorite puzzles.
I knew as soon as i heard the song and saw the command line, it was the song that had the answer.
Ripper (the FMV game) did it simliarly but it was much worsely implemented... the puzzle in question and the game as a whole :V
