Orthodox churches often have a Mystical Supper fresco behind the altar table. The image of the Kingdom is Holy Communion. The image depicts Jesus distributing Holy Communion to the Apostles - not the Last Supper, because it includes St Paul. But then, ideally, the image continues with prophets & saints depicted along the church walks participating in that eternal “mystical” communion.
