I just moved to an area where my local grocery store sells Bell & Evans chicken. I could immediately tell it was good quality chicken because of the size. I refuse to buy chicken meat that's unusually large or bruised because that typically indicates abusive farming practices.
As an omnivore, I care a lot about humane farming practices and will gladly pay a premium for it. I do find it sad that I have to pay more for meat that has been raised humanely, as that should be the norm but I suppose that's the world we live in at the moment.

We are from out of state and passed this beautiful building on our way through town from a brewery tour. Curiosity got the better of us, so when we got home we Google'd it. We haven't ever heard of this company, but after watching their virtual tour I like them already. If they are as honest as they say, I commend this family for the work they are doing and I urge people to spend a few more bucks to improve the lives of the chickens they eat. It's totally worth it. Bell & Evans is expensive AF but the only chicken out there worth buying. My mom used to complain when I kept telling her to get B&E because the 9 pack chicken breast was like almost $30. I got so tired, I bought some and fed it to her and she was like, "Dang, this chicken is amazing where did you buy it?" Um - it's B&E mom! She's a believer now and avoids the cheap, sales chicken.

This is amazing, I never heard of you guys. So you have your own breeders that lay the eggs? And do you raise the birds up for meat for the supermarkets? Do you butcher your own birds? Seems like a better process to scale up with just one type of meat chicken vs other hatcheries that have dozens of different breeds taking small orders for backyard flocks. I found it most interesting about the food and water right after hatching that keeps the noise down, I didn't realize that's why other hatcheries were so loud. I have some eggs in my RCOM 50 PRO right now LOL.

Thanks for your comment! Our hatching trays are part of the HatchCare program from a Netherlands company called HatchTech. They carry a patent on the trays and as far as we know, are the only source for this style hatching tray. Unfortunately, we cannot make ours available for sale.
I am starting Poultry Farms; I search the internet I cannot find the 'multi-levels hatching baskets for eliminating the needs for separation. I probability might call the office tomorrow
On average how long does it take for the chickens to be fully grown for distribution ?
About 6 weeks.
Very expensive but impressive equipment. The Hatchery looks better than European hatcheries. Congratulations. HatchTech claims FCR is better with HatchCare.

We own a proprietary breed that we've named Das Klassenbester.
WHAT TYPE OF FOODS DO THEY FEED CORNISH HENS OR ANY CHICLENS?
Our chicks get an organic blend mini pelleted feed that contains expeller pressed soybeans, corn, and essential oils.
What do you do with the males?
Both the males and females go to the farm. We don't separate them.
