Just always remember to take your time, don’t let other people or drivers dictate how you drive, get out and look, even if it’s 10x…. Take your time! You’ll learn the tips along the way to make OTR A little easier. 18 year veteran and I still have challenging location to get in when I get there for a pick up or delivery.. Never 100% trust gps and always google earth your pick up ams delivery locations before you roll. It helps give you an idea on what you’re driving into. 😊 Stay safe, keep all 18 wheels down, bugs off the glass and bears off your ass.
When you r backing try not to get frustrated and feeling rushed... That will only make it worse. I've been driving about 10y and I still have problems backing when I'm tired or bothered by something. So clear ur mind focus and take ur time. Ur new it will get easier very soon
It's all in the set up...if you have room that is...take your time and set it up...don't worry about how many pull ups you need ...get it ready...breathe...stay calm. Pretty soon you will be blind siding into any spot...it takes a lot of practice. You are doing really well...don't give up!

A little bit of advice. With the TA app once you add your card to the app, you can literally just open the pump on the app and you don’t have to go inside the store.

Hopefully this is some useful tips. Before and while you're backing, use points of reference i.e. while backing using the yellow lines on the pavement to align your trl tires with the dock door (or old tire marks on pavement as well)
And also your set up is everything before backing. I usually angle my trl towards the area I'm backing. Always examine your surroundings as well. Hopefully, this helps you as much as it's helped me. You got this keep it up 👍🏾
You do not need to swipe the card. You can just add the card to the app and when you pull up to the pump, you can open the pump up with the app and it will automatically charge your card.. get the ta app.
I had a front left drive recap, tire fall, apart on me and rip all my airlines while I was on the freeway. I only had about 10 seconds to hurry up and get in the shoulder because my air was depleting so fast and everything was gonna lock up. Pam uses very crappy recap tires that fall apart all the time, especially in the winter and summer

Your working in a male dominating industry your going to get heat and expect to fight for your seat its just what it is - just read the policy and dont show too much of your living space, driver plate etc we don't need to see all and know all that and get a fanny pack or something for your phone if you don't have pockets so you don't mess around drop and break that thing I'd get a 2nd line like a flip phone for a back up from Walmart if you don't renew every 30days you get a new number this sucks? Stay safe watch drinking too much caffeine its not good for the boobs trust!
