I was at the laundry mat , this elderly women walk in, kept getting closer to me, and she freaked me out, she said to me "so your are soooo white over and over" I at first thought, I'm brown, not white, what is she talking about?, then I thought maybe she is talking about the laundry mat being cleaned, so I responded" is white because, they clean here every day, that's why is clean and white " she just looked at me, then left. Freaking me out.

It's a red flag for me if somebody fits in a little too well in society. I honestly think it's the seemingly normal people who you never really think about who are the ones who have an evil or sneaky character.
You have to think about what it takes to be perceived as normal or popular, You have to become a social chameleon and bend your values, principles, your entire personality in order to gain approval therefore increase social status with others.

Can't narcissist use what they learn from this video to find another way to sneak into an empaths life. For example by not love bombing, how do you detect them then?

A person without the light has a dark visage. Not talking about skin color. Their faces are often dark, glum, their eyes are usually not exciting, usually they got sad eyes. No matter how the person pretends, you will know. Their actions will be the second confirmation. Over time, their words will slip and you will know. Test every spirit. Use discernment. Scan all around you everywhere you go. Don't talk to strangers. Don't allow any stranger to invade your personal space and boundary. That's what self respect is. Avoid small talk. That's how they get in. Do not engage.
Empaths are often tested to see if we respect ourselves enough. These people out there do not love or respect you or us. If you was on this world 🌎, the world would embrace you. Little truths. Avoid all talk because your time is more valuable than money. They tricked us. Don't let anyone waste your precious TIME. Every single person in society is a narcissist. Empaths are the only ones who are not. Hence why they do everything to come to you, pretend to help you and destroy you.
Reason why we all have been affected by narcissists is because we let our guard down and didn't set boundaries and or respect ourselves enough and blindly trusted anyone out in society to just come into our lives based on words alone and left ourselves very vulnerable. The LESSON for empaths is SELF RESPECT. We will continue to be tested with these ghouls out here until we learn to have zero tolerance when it comes to our boundaries and our peace 🕊️. Just because your out in public doesn't mean everyone should have access to you or your energy.
Their actions will expose them as well. The #1 sign that a person doesn't love themselves is SMOKING. According to psychology, smoking is the biggest sign of self hatred.
Someone who hates themselves can NEVER ever love you. Even if they do, deep down inside, they will hate you for it. Listen to words, watch actions, and examine the person's face well. Use discernment and intuition. The second you feel something is off about a person, trust it and get away. Trust yourself and respect yourself. Self respect=self love. Your body interprets self respect as self love.
