- Had KNOX security installed before trying to root your S6 or S6 Edge and now it's stuck in a bootloop regardless of whether you are using the S6 or S6 edge root file from CF? Here's the fix!

Dude, thank you. I had the PingPong Root that doesn't trip the knox warranty, but it was still a mistake to activate Active Protection afterwards ... That bootloop almost gave me a heart attack, so again, THANK YOU.

HI, it doesn't work for me. After getting to the download mode, and press volume down I immediately try the recovery-combo but it doesn't get me to the recovery mode. It just keeps restarting and the 2 capacity buttons (next to the homebutton) don't turn on or flicker...Can you help me out? Thanks!
when i do it the capaciter bouttons dont flicker but it shows the recovery menu then just flashes back to black?

so I hard reboot my s6 first try evertime but my s6 edge is suck in bootloop an when I go to rest it the lil lighta on bottom dont even come on. can any tell me my problem please?

Hay dear I followed all the instructions and it came onto the blue screen saying Downloading... Do not turn off target but I don't see any flickering lights on the bottom buttons and it's still on the blue screen same way so I don't know what to do next?????

I tried to flash CF Auto-root but it failed. I tried reinstalling Cf Auto-root but it didn't work. First it was saying my phone is bricked. Then I tried to wipe the data but it failed. Then I restarted the phone and it was in boot-loop. I still don't know what will work, maybe reinstalling the system or something else.
On the screen where it says press the volume up button to continue, but when I try to press Volume Up+Power+Home Button it moves onto another light blue screen saying 'Downloading' in large letters. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks guys!

Hi mine says custom binary (recovery) blocked by R/L when i do the odin root procedure it says fail... help please...
my system is sstill custom which means im still rooted... i cant unroot because i cant come through the bootloop. Anyway should i push a stock rom? I tried doing it for marshmalllow didnt work, should i take one for 5.0.2which is the first firmware? Maybe that will make the root dissapear somehow!
i found my old S6 EDGE and i did the steps and it says installing updates

it didn't work for me :( once I get to the download screen and quickly press the volume down key then move to the other 3 keys on the Samsung screen at the top it says recovery is not seaandroid enforcing then takes me straight to the team win recovery project :(

When it's really bricked...it might not respond to buttons to get into download mode...so how to proceed...
Hey guys, I can only get to the Odin mode via the volume down, power and home button and I also cant turn it off completely. We tried to load the firmware but that didn't work. I tried the steps from this viedo but I can't get the buttons to flash and then get into the recovery mode. Just don't know what to do :D
My Phone is just stuck on download mode, i have a Samsung galaxy S6 Edge + . I don't know how to fix this. Everytime I try to restart it, the samsung logo will just pop up and then it just takes me to download mode. I tried everything for like 3 days now. The first problem was my phone did not pass the samsung logo, I started googling and watched TH-cam videos but none of them helped me. I wish I could remove the battery but my phone is sealed behind and is impossible to remove the cover. Please tell me there is a way to fix this!

Hello, everyone ! I just bought a note 5 in USA (I don't live there). I've got the surprise that the brand new phone supposed to be factory unlocked was rooted.
When you turn it on it always says: kernel is not SEAndroid enforcing. After that I start to use it normally and my dumbass brother open the superuser app and disable the root mode or something like that and when I restart the cellphone it just freeze at the SAMSUNG LOGO.
what should I do? Maybe this assholes of the store unlocked the phone rooting it. Don't know and I am afraid of loosing the part of "unlocked phone" cause I use it in South America.

I had trouble with KNOX security after rooting, it did a startup loop. but i just waited for my tab to die so it could stop the KNOX settings.

look. try power button volume down and home button, re-root your phone, i tried unrooting it bricked my device SM-920F (Samsung S6) So you might have to try rebooting, I recommend using the Odin method as its easiest to perform!

My s6 edge has restarting and i use odin to solve the problem, but now i cant use the phone. stucks all on the samsung logo screen. (sorry for poor english i'm brazilian)

Do you know how to fix the distorted recovery menu? I tried to do a factory reset by straight up randomly pressing buttons because I couldn't and it worked somehow I just don't want to ever do it again.

Hey man how can I fix my Samsung galaxy s6. Nothing works on it it has no sim card but it works with wifi . But now its connected to wifi and nothing no app work it's like I'm not connected to wifi at all
My S6 didn't display any lit or flickering buttons, but showed an Android screen with a yellow warning triangle. The options to factory reset were all nicely visible then.
So it worked, but now of course I could do with finding a reliable way to root my phone! Turning off KNOX first somehow?

So frustrated, ive spent well over 20 of my time trying to figure out what I did to my AT&T S7... pretty sure I accidentally deleted an some kind of boot app because it wont go past the AT&T logo. Yes ibe reset, soft reset, factory reset/wipe/ cleared cache on restore mode, and ive even tried plugging it into smart switch! Any ideas? @thegamingaudiophile
