Yes, they are releasing these with no upgrades or pool roughly around that number now. But current resales are in the high to mid 1.5 Million Range!

I would be glad to do that if the price were to stay the same on a weekly basis. But unfortunately the prices are constantly raising making the other agents videos inaccurate. It’s disingenuous to not list the price of the home. I hate that. Big turn off for me.
These properties have raised their release prices almost 10% since this video was posted. Thats why I ask viewers to reach out so I can always give the most accurate pricing. It’s misleading to post videos with the wrong pricing.
