Starting price of the home is actually in the title for the video and if you wanted to learn more about the HOA fees you’re more than welcome to reach out to me. All my videos suggest to call me directly to learn more. Nothing is being hidden from the public👍🏽

Homes start in the 650s to build and then depending on which lot you select there’s an additional fee for that. 👍🏽👍🏽
Mirrors on the bed headboard? You need a new decorator. Monthly HOA fees?
under $500 a month, but that will cover every detail for the home on the outside. All you need to do is pack a toothbrush and your home is taken care of!
I'm sure your Analytics show you that men watch this video just as much as women do and we want to see what the garage looks like. And I understand it's a model home and there's probably a bunch of junk in there but I still want to see it.
For this communities model homes all garages are locked for "Safety Reasons". Send me an email and I'll glad get my hands on some images of the garage to whichever floor plan you liked the most!

It’s disingenuous to not list the price of the home. I hate that. Big turn off for me.
These properties have raised their release prices almost 10% since this video was posted. Thats why I ask viewers to reach out so I can always give the most accurate pricing. It’s misleading to post videos with the wrong pricing.

I was in that exact house But its way over priced
Compared to the neighboring community Miromar Lakes these homes are pretty fairly priced. Especially with offering a lot of the very same features the amenities and community has plus being connected to the same lake!

Yes, they are releasing these with no upgrades or pool roughly around that number now. But current resales are in the high to mid 1.5 Million Range!
